Dear Friends of Home Repairs Ministries,
I am pleased to announce a new chapter in leadership as we warmly welcome Heather Loveridge as the new Executive Director of Home Repairs Ministries. With an extensive background in the nonprofit world, her leadership experience as a former business owner, plus her long history in Gwinnett, Heather brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to our mission of serving those in need through home repairs.
As with any transition, it’s important to reflect on the journey that has brought us to this point. Home Repairs Ministries remains committed to our core values of integrity, accountability and transparency. While change is never easy, it is sometimes necessary to ensure the continued growth and success of our organization. Following a thorough review of our strategic plan, the decision was made to seek new leadership to guide us into the future. We firmly believe that this change marks a positive step forward for our organization.
We are confident that Heather is the right person to lead Home Repairs Ministries as we continue our mission to serve vulnerable homeowners with critical home repairs. With Heather’s proven track record of leadership and her passion for our mission, we are excited about the opportunities that lie ahead.
Please join me in extending a warm welcome to Heather. Together, let us continue to work toward our shared vision of creating safe and healthy homes for all.
Sincerely,
Bill Isaak

Dear Friends and Supporters of Home Repairs Ministries,
It is truly an honor to step into this role and serve alongside our project manager Clarence and our board.
I am deeply passionate about the mission of Home Repairs Ministries and am committed to continuing the incredible work that has been done to serve our community. I bring over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur, business owner, nonprofit consultant, and storyteller to this position. I believe God has called me to the nonprofit world and am so excited to be leading Home Repairs Ministries.
I am also grateful for the support of my family, especially my husband Brandon and our five children, who are my biggest cheerleaders. Their support fuels my passion for the work that we do.
I am looking forward to connecting with you and welcome your phone calls and emails. You can reach me at heather@homerepairs.org or 404-850-8766. Together, I believe we can help even more homeowners and make a lasting difference in our community.

Heather Loveridge is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur, business owner, nonprofit consultant and storyteller. In 2014, she started Magnolia Media Group, a marketing agency focused on serving nonprofit organizations. Over the course of a decade, Heather built a team and then led her team in creating compelling storytelling and messaging for clients, developing fundraising campaigns, and managing integrated marketing plans encompassing various mediums..
Heather’s impact was profound, as she played a pivotal role in helping clients like the Community Foundation for Northeast Georgia achieve record-breaking fundraising results. Her expertise in relationship development and her ability to create influential marketing campaigns led to significant increases in donations and fundholders for her clients. In addition, her dedication to her craft and her clients earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor and a leader and educator in the nonprofit sector. Two of her former employees are now the co-owners of Magnolia Media Group.
Heather is also a wife, mom, animal lover and long-time Gwinnettian. She and her husband Brandon have five children ages 20-8, three horses, two barn cats and two dogs. Heather became an entrepreneur when their oldest child was born and has juggled a career, children and managing an organization ever since (and she loves to encourage other women who are doing the same or similar). She and Brandon are also active in their church, 12Stone, and have led a young adult group for over 10 years.
